Slow as molasses

I love the diet, but to lose the weight it takes forrrrever! But I have too say I've lost approx 7lbs.  My month (30 day challenge ends on February 11th) I don't think I've done too bad. I haven't done a whole lot of exercising.  I will continue to do this and report what I've done.  But hopefully soon I will have an ab roller machine, so I can work out harder.

I have to ask you all a question.  I was watching the Biggest Loser this year and I was rooting for Rachel, however I was watching TMZ (which I try to avoid), anyway they had a segment on her winning and I hadn't seen it yet.  They think she did something too lose her weight when she was alone. So I went on do Hulu plus and watched the last episode.  Wow, the year she was on it she went from 260 to 105.  That is just insane. She looks anorexic she had to have done something.  What do you all think?
