2c spinach
2c Kale
1 banana
2c frozen strawberries
1 orange
2c coconut unsweetened milk
We made sure to blend the leafy greens first, with a little bit of coconut milk.
For lunch, my son wanted to make the smoothies. I said go for it, my son is 14. He put:
1c Lettuce
1c Spinach
1tbp almond butter (I made fresh this morning)
1 avocado
1c strawberries
1 pear
2c apple juice
It was delicious, not bad for his first time. I figure I will have a salad for dinner, with a diced avocado. Hopefully he will have the same.
This has been a very good day so far!
